We all know what it feels like to walk through valleys — those seasons when life feels heavy, uncertain, or broken. For a long time, I thought valleys meant God was far away, or that my story was over. But over the years, I’ve learned that valleys can hold treasures. They can become places where God whispers truths that reshape our hearts.

Over the next five weeks, I want to share with you some of those whispers — what I call Life Principles from the Valley. Each one comes from my own journey of brokenness and restoration. They’re not long teachings, but short reflections — gentle reminders that even in the lowest places, God is present, and His hand is steady.

Here’s what we’ll walk through together:
• God’s Presence Is Closer Than You Think
• What the Enemy Meant for Harm, God Can Turn for Good
• Healing Begins with Surrender
• Gratitude Opens the Heart to Restoration
• Your Valley Does Not Define Your Identity

My prayer is that one of these whispers will meet you right where you are — whether in the valley or on the way out — and remind you that you are not alone.

“The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit.” — Psalm 34:18

“Lord, as I begin this journey, open my heart to hear Your whispers in the valley. Let me see treasures where I once only saw shadows.”
